Sadaipur PS Case No. 119 /17 Dt-.08.11.17 u/s-379/411 IPC & Sec.25 (i)(a) of Arms Act.
On 08.11.17 in b/w 21:45 hrs and 23:05 hrs acting on source information SI Ujjal Baran Das of Sadaipur PS along with force hold raid at Meherpur More on Panuria-Sahapur road and arrested two accd. namely-1) Sk Lalan (23) s/o-Lt Kabir Sk of Benachity, PS-Durgapur, Dist-West Burdwan (2) Rahim Sk (22) s/o-Lt Sukur Sk of Amrai more, PS-Durgapur, Dist-West Burdwan. From their possession a Toto Van having Number- T-41/M8-0173 and styled as ‘’ ইন্দ্রযান’’ was recovered and seized which was procured by them by theft from Durgapur Town area as confessed by them. One improvised fire arms having butt, body, barrel, firing pin, trigger etc. length approx-9 inch loaded with one round live ammunition was also recovered and seized from the possession.
